Are Reservations Required? 

Reservations Highly Recommended, Tours Regularly Sell Out!

For the month of October, Reservations are Required!

Where Can Tickets Be Purchased?  

Tickets can be purchased from our Tour Guides beginning 15-minutes before your scheduled tour begins. 

(Cash Only) *Purchasing a Ticket is NOT a Reservation.

Ghost Tour: In front of Brewer’s Alley Restaurant and Brewery.  

Cemetery Tour: Inside the main gate, Mount Olivet Cemetery. 

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

Cash or Check only. 

How Early Should We Arrive?

Please arrive no later than 10-minutes before your scheduled tour begins. 

Where Do We Meet? And Where Can We Park? 

Please refer to the "Directions" Tab for Directions and Parking Information. 

Are The Tour Dates/Times Listed The Only Tours Available? 

No. Private Tours for Large Groups available on “Non-Scheduled” dates throughout the year.

Will The Tour Be Cancelled If It Rains? 

Light rain - No.  However, storms that contain severe lighting, wind, or heavy, 

sustained downpours, may necessitate tour delays or postponement.  

Check with our office for up-to-date information. Your safety is our top priority!

Are Tours Recommended For Small Children? 

Our tours are "Adult Oriented, PG-13 Rated," contain descriptions of Historically Accurate Details, 

including: Executions, Suicide, Embalming the Dead, Grave Robbing, Revenge, and the Death of Small Children. Not Recommended for Younger Audiences. 

How Long Is The Tour? 

Tours are approximately 90+ minutes in length. 

What Is The Walking Distance Of The Tours? 

Ghost Tour: 1.1 miles. 

Cemetery Tour: 0.9 miles. 

Are Restrooms Available? 

Ghost Tour: Restrooms are available at Brewer's Alley Restaurant & Brewery, 

the starting point for our Ghost Tours. Additional Restrooms are available at 

various other venues we pass during our journey.

Cemetery Tour: Restrooms are available at the starting point of our tour near the 

Cemetery's Main Gate. 

How Many Haunted Sites Are Included On The Ghost Tour? 

We visit eight "Authentic Haunted Sites" in the Historic District of downtown Frederick.

How Many Stops Are Included On The Cemetery Tour? 

We visit twenty-six  historically significant sites within the cemetery,  plus tell you about additional information as we walk through the hallowed grounds.

Do You Go Inside Any Of Frederick's Haunted Locations? 

No. We gather outside, inform you about the site's Former Occupants and History, then Tantalize you with Tales about the Paranormal Activity residing within.

Are Pets Allowed On The Tours? 

Ghost Tour: Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcomed on the Ghost Tour. 

Cemetery Tour: No pets are permitted on the Cemetery Tour. 

Is Tipping Of Tour Guides Allowed? 

Yes. Tipping your Personal Tour Guide is Appropriate, and Appreciated.

Do You Ever Have Encounters On The Tours? 

Yes, Absolutely! From the very subtle, to the Downright Unbelievable!

Can Tickets And Other Items Be Purchased As Gifts? 

Yes, tickets can be purchased in advance, contact our office for more information.
